Terms of Use of Wave Flow

Terms of Use

1.- Wave Flow is a shareware program. This means that it has a 30-day evaluation period that you can use to test it and to decide that you wish to register it. If you register Wave Flow will mean that you know what you are going to use it for and that you accept how it works.

2.- The acceptation of the point number 1 implicates that after you register Wave Flow there will be no refunds due to any of the next cases:

You don't like the application
The application doesn't fit your needs
You don't like its features
The program doesn't work in your system

The reason to don't accept a refund in the cases above is that you have an evaluation period to prevent missunderstandings and strange cases like the use of Wave Flow passwords for hackers or Warez.

3.- A refund will be allowed only if you are in one of the next cases:

You have accidentally registered twice.
The login/password that I have sent you doesn't work in your Wave Flow copy
Somebody else has used your credit card to register Wave Flow (hackers). In this case it will also be notified to the pertinent authorities.
Your password delivery has had more than one week of delay.

4.- The author will give technical support when needed to the registerd users.

5.- The author will provide free updates to the sub-versions of the same version number (i.e. 2.0 to 2.5,2.99) to the registerd users.

6.- The author will provide a 60% of disccount to upgrades of version number (i.e. 2.0 to 3.0) to the registerd users.
